Production Circle

PROCESSING OF QUARRY It is planned to produce about 900m size lumps from the quarry blasting. Large boulders if any created during blasting will be broken down to about 200m size using rock breaker.
The proposed crusher plant arrangement is illustrated by following flow diagram. The ready to crush blasted rock, loaded into dump trucks is transported to feed the crushing plants with 200 tons/hr capacity. Crusher plant basically consists of a feed hopper, a grizzly vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, two cone crushers, a number of belt conveyors and two numbers of three deck vibrating screen units in order to simultaneously produce five or less grades of aggregates required for road development work and construction industry. The run of quarry material, which is about 900mm in size, unloaded by trucks into the feed hopper, are gradually fed into the 900 mmX1200mm jaw crusher by grizzly vibrating feeder. The fines of 50mm size available in feed, which will be dropped down through grizzly, can be removed as quarry waste by belt conveyor or re-introduced to the crushed material by passing jaw crusher. Jaw crusher will reduce -900 mm feed materials to -120mm size. The partially crushed rock is then transferred through belt conveyors to a 4 1/4’ medium Cone crusher where it is crushed to -70mm size. The product is then fed to 3-deck 1800 mmx6000mm vibrating screen unit, which screens and separates the feed into two number of finished product. 50% of over size material is introduced back to cone crusher and other fraction sent into the second Cone crusher, where it is crushed to -30mm size. The product is then fed to 3-deck 1500 mmx4800mm vibrating screen unit, which screens and separates the feed into four number of finished product. The over size material is introduced back to the Cone crusher.
